A sitz bath is a blend of herbs intended to bring pain relief, promote healing of the skin, and prevent/fight infections of the pelvic region. It is traditional for women to make a ritual out of sitz baths after birth for hemorrhoids, pelvic floor pain, or yoni infections.

Ingredients: yarrow, calendula, sage, lavender, comfrey

Instructions: To create a sitz bath, fill a large pot with purified water, add your herbs (about 1/2 a jar), and turn on the heat for about 10-15 minutes. Shut off the heat and let the herbs continue to brew for another 15 minutes with the lid on. Finally, strain the herbs and pour the infused liquid into anything you can sit or bathe in. It is ideal that you soak your yoni for at least 20 minutes. Repeat as often as needed.
